Marina del Rey : Theme Chosen for Boat Parade
The Pioneer Skippers Boat Owners Assn. has chosen “The Light Fantastic” as the winning theme for the annual Christmas Boat Parade. Resident Jean Tanner, who submitted the winning entry, will ride in the parade Dec. 13.
