Johnny Podres, whose pitching heroics in the 1955 World Series highlighted a 15-year major league career, is expected to be hospitalized for another 10 days, according to his wife, Joan. Podres, 53, suffered a slight heart attack last week at his home in Glens Falls, N.Y.
