Trouble on Home Front

Thank you, Jean Vallely (The Book Review, March 30) for saying it out loud--no-talent Patti Davis was published because of the exploitation potential of her name.

What saddens me is the thought of all the able writers with something to say and the skill to say it who will never be published because such books as “Home Front” occupy the presses.
