6.5 Quake Jolts Taiwan

TAIPEI, Taiwan —
A strong undersea earthquake, measuring 6.5 on the Richter scale, rocked Taiwan on Sunday. There were no reports of casualties or damage. The quake’s epicenter was given by the weather bureau here as 88 miles southeast of Taipei.
