A 22-year-old National City man was found dead in bushes at 19th and Palm streets in San Diego Wednesday afternoon, the victim of a motorcycle accident.
Coroner’s deputies said James R. Stanfield failed to negotiate a curve in the road as he headed north on 19th Street and went up an embankment. The motorcycle flipped and came down on Stanfield.
The time of the accident is uncertain. A police spokesman said that the accident might have occurred Tuesday night.
