VANCOUVER, Wash. —
A steaming, 830-foot-high lava dome rumbled and shook from mild earthquakes in the mile-wide crater atop Mt. St. Helens on Sunday, the sixth anniversary of the volcano’s cataclysmic eruption, a government geologist said.
