A Hollywood business plaza was damaged by flames, and four acres of Elysian Park were burned when fires of suspicious origin broke out late Saturday afternoon, officials said.

No one was hurt in either blaze.

Flames erupted at Hollywood Pacific TV shop on North La Brea Avenue causing about $50,000 in damage before spreading to an adjacent photo service and then a bar. Firefighters brought the blaze under control shortly before 5 p.m., city fire spokesman Jim Wells said.

The other two businesses reported about $13,500 damage, Wells said.

A fire that began about 5 p.m. on the west side of Elysian Park, at Stadium Way near Dodger Stadium, burned about four acres before firefighters doused the flames, Wells said.
