Slain N. Hollywood Resident Identified
A man shot to death in a North Hollywood house Friday night was identified Saturday as James Roberts, 52, of North Hollywood, a Los Angeles County coroner’s investigator said.
The shooting, just before 11 p.m., occurred at the home of Jon Robinson, 39, Los Angeles Police Detective Ron LaRue said. Robinson is being sought as a suspect, LaRue said.
A third man who was rooming with Robinson at the home in the 5300 block of Irvine Avenue discovered Roberts and telephoned police, Sgt. Will Doron said. Roberts had been shot once in the upper body.
