A woman was thrown through a fourth-floor window of the Senator Hotel in downtown Los Angeles after apparently refusing to have sex with a man, police said. Kimberly D. Paris, 21, of Los Angeles, was in guarded condition at County-USC Medical Center with cuts, possible internal injuries and broken bones. She told police she refused sex with a man in a room at the Senator Hotel about 3:45 a.m. and he allegedly threw her through the window and fled.
