Quake Shakes Manila

MANILA — A moderate earthquake shook Manila Saturday morning, but there were no reports of damage or injury, the Philippine Seismological Center said.
The center said the earthquake, which measured 4.7 on the Richter scale, was also felt in the southern provinces of Cavite and Mindoro Oriental.
