Defensive tackle Reggie Rogers of the University of Washington has volunteered to take drug tests throughout the coming football season.
Rogers’ older brother Don, a Cleveland Brown defensive back, died June 24 after using cocaine following a bachelor party in his hometown of Sacramento.
The university does not have a drug-testing policy, but officials do not object to testing volunteers.
