Start Set for Industry Park

A September construction start is scheduled for Victory Center, a 21-acre industrial park at 1603 Sepulveda Blvd., West Los Angeles.
The $13-million project is a development of BCE Development of Newport Beach and was designed by Gilbert Aja Associates Architects of Laguna Hills.
The park will have 33 buildings totaling 300,000 square feet, with a first phase to include 16 buildings ranging from 7,000 to 12,000 square feet. Occupancy is expected to be under way in April.
