Forward Charles Davis of the Milwaukee Bucks filed a $5-million lawsuit against American Airlines in connection with a 1984 incident on the ground at Baltimore International Airport.
Davis alleged in the suit filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court that his spine was injured when the airplane carrying the Bucks stopped suddenly to avoid a collision with a parked fuel truck.
