Lightweights Battle in Irvine Fights Tonight
Lightweights Greg Puente of El Monte and Francisco Segurra of Coachella will meet in the 10-round main event of tonight’s boxing card at the Marriott Hotel ballroom at 7:30.
Puente, managed by former world featherweight champion Danny (Little Red) Lopez, enters the bout with a 11-0-1 record. Segura is 10-1.
In two heavyweight fights on the undercard, Cecil Coffee of Kentucky meets Dave Yonko of Long Beach and Ricky Reese of Los Angeles meets Orlin Norris of San Diego.
Tickets go on sale at the box office at 10 a.m.
