New York Fan Raises Some Questions About the State of California
It’s funny. Year in and year out, we hear about how sophisticated and knowledgeable East Coast baseball fans are. In Southern California, we are constantly being chastised for being laid back and frivolous while watching the grand old game. Yet, watching the World Series from “the Fen” we see beach balls, waves and even moronic hand-held signs on every pitch, from the center-field camera.
Sure, we’re laid back, but at least we’re not hypocrites.
