Stanford’s Paye, Wyman, Henley on West Team

Three Stanford players, quarterback John Paye, linebacker Dave Wyman and wide receiver Thomas Henley, will play for the West team in the 62nd annual Shrine East-West Game on Jan. 10 at Stanford Stadium.

Other early West selections include Arizona State quarterback Jeff Van Raaphorst, San Jose State offensive lineman John Aimonetti and Washington defensive lineman Reggie Rogers.

Also named were wide receiver Mark Bellini of Brigham Young, center Doug Aronson and tight end Bob Awalt of San Diego State, defensive backs Tim Peoples and Ricky Reynolds of Washington State, linebacker Cliff Hannemann of Fresno State and linebacker Henry Rolling of Nevada Reno.
