EAST: New England (10-5)--The Patriots will win the division if they beat Miami. If the Patriots lose and one other AFC team finishes 10-6, not including the Jets, New England would be a wild-card team. If the Patriots and two other AFC teams finish 10-6, not including the Jets, they do not make the playoffs. N.Y. Jets (10-5)--The Jets have clinched at least a wild card. They will win the division if they beat Cincinnati and New England loses. Miami (8-7)--For the Dolphins to be a wild card, Kansas City, Seattle, the Raiders and Cincinnati must lose and Miami must beat New England.

CENTRAL: Cleveland (11-4)--The Browns have clinched the division title. If they beat San Diego they will play at home throughout the playoffs. Cincinnati (9-6)--The Bengals can earn a wild-card berth if they beat the Jets and Kansas City loses to Pittsburgh. In addition to the previous scenario, if Kansas City wins, the Bengals still get a wild card if they beat the Jets and New England loses.

WEST: Denver (11-4)--The Broncos have clinched the division title. They can secure home-field advantage throughout the playoffs if they beat Seattle and Cleveland losses to San Diego. Kansas City (9-6)--The Chiefs will clinch a wild-card berth if they beat Pittsburgh. Seattle (9-6)--For the Seahawks to be a wild card they must beat Denver and Kansas City must lose and either Cincinnati or New England must lose. Raiders (8-7)--For the Raiders to reach the playoffs, they must beat Indianapolis and Seattle, Kansas City and Cincinnati have to lose.

NFC

EAST: N.Y. Giants (13-2)--The Giants have clinched the division title. With a victory at home Saturday against Green Bay, the Giants will assure themselves the home field in the NFC playoffs. Washington (11-4)--The Redskins have clinched the home field for the wild card.

CENTRAL: Chicago (12-2)--The Bears have clinched. If the Bears win their final two games and the Giants lose, Chicago will have the home-field edge throughout the NFC playoffs.

WEST: Rams (10-5), San Francisco (9-5-1)--Both teams have clinched at least a wild-card berth. The winner of their game Friday night, will win the division.
