Boy Shoots Self, Girl in Russian Roulette

A 17-year-old boy wounded both himself and a 15-year-old girl while playing Russian roulette in a room at a downtown Fresno motel early today.

Police called to the Easy 8 Motel about 1:30 a.m. found the girl with a wound in her neck and the boy shot in his temple. The bullet that hit the boy had ricocheted into the girl’s neck. He was reported in critical condition later at Valley Medical Center. The girl was in stable condition.
