Van Overturns on Freeway: A Volkswagen van overturned and burned on California 91 near Beach Boulevard Friday night, blocking the westbound lanes for about 45 minutes, according to the Highway Patrol. No other vehicles were involved in the accident, but the CHP said the accident was under investigation and a spokeswoman declined to provide any additional details. According to the Buena Park Fire Department, it took about 20 minutes to extinguish the flames, which totally engulfed the van. A person was seen crawling from the wreckage before police and fire units arrived.
