Former Minnesota Viking linebacker Lonnie Warwick is facing a misdemeanor gambling charge after a series of weekend raids by police in Mount Hope, W. Va.
Warwick is charged with one count of keeping and exhibiting a gaming device in his bar, Sam’s Place. Two electronic poker machines and tip boards were confiscated from the bar.
If found guilty, Warwick could be sentenced to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
