A search of Long Beach Harbor waters turned up no trace of a Jamaican man who jumped ship and tried to swim away as immigration agents boarded the vessel where he and a companion had stowed away. Oral Dwyer, 25, was presumed drowned after divers were unable to find him in the chilly waters where he went under yelling for help Friday night, police Lt. Jim Reed said. Donovan Levy, 24, who also attempted to avoid the agents, was captured. The two men had stowed away aboard the container ship Zim Keelung at a stop in Kingston, Jamaica, authorities said. When the ship docked in Long Beach, the crew discovered the stowaways and notified the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
