CS Long Beach Women Meet Neveda Las Vegas
The Cal State Long Beach women’s basketball team, in its first outing since Cindy Brown set an NCAA single-game record with 60 points, will play Nevada Las Vegas in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. game tonight at Long Beach Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m., or 25 to 30 minutes after the men’s game.
The 49ers, fifth-ranked in the nation, are 23-2 overall and 13-1 in the PCAA. UNLV is 16-7 and 10-4.
