Two Held in Drug Case: Police from Brea and Fullerton, who had arranged for an undercover purchase of cocaine in a restaurant parking lot in Tustin, arrested two Mexican citizens Wednesday night on suspicion of selling narcotics, authorities said Thursday. Officers said the two men sold an undercover officer eight ounces of cocaine valued at about $12,000. They identified the two as Luis A. Bucio, 23, and Sergio Ochoa Munguia, 20, both Mexican nationals living in Santa Ana. Both were being held in lieu of $25,000 bail, officers said.
