A sky diver from Sacramento was killed when his parachute failed to open during a jump over a golf course near Lodi, San Joaquin County sheriff’s deputies reported. Deputies said Renard Ernest Collinge, 45, was with a group of about 10 sky divers from Lind’s Airport Jump School north of Lodi that went up to make practice jumps over Forest Lake Golf Course.
