Los Alamitos : Rossmoor Man Held, Suspected of Burglary
A Rossmoor man was arrested Friday on suspicion of burglary, police said.
A Los Alamitos police officer responded to a burglar alarm at 3 a.m. outside the Rossmoor-Los Alamitos Medical Building, 3722 Katella Ave., and requested backup assistance. As he was waiting, police said, Kenneth McClintic, 31, broke a window from inside the building and fled on foot.
Los Alamitos Police Sgt. Duane Swearingen and other officers captured McClintic a few minutes later and found that he was carrying medical supplies, police said.
McClintic was booked at County Jail and held on $10,000 bail.
