An Italian prosecutor issued arrest warrants for 26 English soccer fans in connection with the riot in Belgium two years ago in which 39 people--all but five Italians--were killed, the ANSA news agency reported.

The agency said prosecutor Alfredo Rossini had issued warrants charging the Liverpool fans with “unintentional homicide and causing grave personal injury” in the rioting May 29, 1985, during a game between Liverpool and Juventus of Italy at Heysel stadium in Brussels.
