Nelson Reportedly Feuding With Bucks Owner

A heated feud has developed between owner Herb Kohl and Coach Don Nelson of the Milwaukee Bucks and it probably will result in Nelson’s leaving the team after this season, the Milwaukee Journal reported Tuesday.

The Journal said the animosity had been escalating during the second half of the season and that Nelson and Kohl are barely on speaking terms.

The newspaper said that Kohl and Nelson have had a number of serious disagreements over such things as the Jack Sikma trade, recent drafts and the general operation of the franchise.

Kohl denied that there had been a falling out between him and Nelson and called their relationship businesslike.
