Responsible. That’s the best word to describe a chief executive officer. If the public doesn’t know whom the CEO for a large corporation is, chances are he/she is doing a good job. Let’s ask 100 average horseplayers who the CEO is at Santa Anita, Del Mar and Hollywood Park.
