The clip will feature an appearance by Sean Lennon, John’s youngest son. . . . Guess what steel-guitar wiz Jay Dee Maness has been doing lately? He’s been in the studio with none other than Bruce Springsteen, playing on a couple of new Boss songs. (Does this mean we could get a Springsteen album by 1990?) If you want to see Maness before then, be at the Roxy on June 30, when Chris Hillman and the Desert Rose Band (which includes Maness) will be performing with country up ‘n’ comer Lyle Lovett. . . .
