The county coroner’s office is asking the public to help identify a man who was found fatally stabbed in an alley.
The victim, a Latino who was believed to be in the country illegally, was about 45 to 50 years old, with black hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He died Saturday after he was found in the 8100 block of West La Palma Avenue, a coroner’s spokesman said.
Listed as a John Doe, the man was about 5 feet 7 and weighed 150 pounds. His hair was short with gray flecks, the coroner’s office said.
Investigators have established no motive for the stabbing and have no suspects, police said.
