Mission Viejo
Cityhood Goes on Ballot: With no comment from the public, the Board of Supervisors on Wednesday agreed to put the question of whether Mission Viejo should become a city on the Nov. 3 ballot. Residents of the community, which is now unincorporated county territory, will vote on whether to become a city.
