The nude body of a man in his 20s clothed in only knee-high red stockings was found in the middle of the street in the 1700 block of Morley Field Drive before dawn Saturday, San Diego police reported.
A Police Department spokesman and the county coroner’s office said the cause of the man’s death was unknown. An autopsy is pending.
Police said the man had been run over by a car, but that it was unclear whether that occurred before or after the man’s death.
