A man wearing a postman’s uniform and armed with a handgun stole two bags of registered mailfrom workers on the dock in back of the West Hollywood Post Office. Sheriff’s Sgt. Christopher Walker said postal employees saw a man, apparently in his early 30s, wandering around on the loading dock at the post office, in the 800 block of San Vicente Boulevard, but assumed because of the uniform that he was employed there. Walker said the man drew a pistol from his pocket and forced three employees into a truck trailer, locking them in, before walking away with the two mail bags.
