Freeway Victim Identified: The Orange County coroner’s office Tuesday released the identity of a Los Angeles man struck and killed by a car on the Orange Freeway as he stood next to the roadway. Michael A. Cohen, 33, was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died Sunday about three hours after the 3:30 p.m. accident near Lambert Road in Brea. Timothy C. Romero, 20, of Claremont, was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and felony drunk driving, CHP spokesman Paul Caldwell said. No one else was injured in the accident, he said.
