Man Slain at Mexican Celebration
A 25-year-old man was stabbed to death Sunday during the Mexican Independence Day celebration at Lincoln Park, Los Angeles police reported.
“The man staggered around after being stabbed, leaving a trail of blood,” said Hollenbeck Division Sgt. Robert Normandy. “He finally collapsed in front of the Department of Motor Vehicles office on Valley Boulevard.”
Police withheld the name of the victim pending notification of relatives.
