Orange County Prep Saturday : Anaheim Rolls Over Buena Park
Anaheim High School shut out Buena Park for three quarters and settled for a 24-6 win at Spaulding Stadium Friday night.
Anaheim closed out its nonleague schedule with a 4-1 record, and Buena Park is 3-2.
Anaheim quarterback Dan Pacillas threw for one touchdown and ran for another, and Joaquin Garcia carried the ball 24 times for 142 yards.
Anaheim took a 7-0 lead midway through the first quarter when Pacillas hit wide receiver Matt Patterson on a 7-yard touchdown pass. Pacillas then scored on a one-yard touchdown dive to put the Colonists on top, 14-0. A third-quarter field goal by Robert Aldaz and 46-yard touchdown run by Gerald Holloway made it 24-0.
