Pico Rivera : Lawn Parking Law Eased
The Pico Rivera City Council has amended its ordinance banning lawn parking to exclude enforcement on street sweeping days. Enforcement of the lawn parking ordinance began in September, and City Hall was flooded with calls from angry residents complaining that there was no place to park on street sweeping days. The amended ordinance will remain in effect until the city is fully converted to sweeping alternate sides of streets on different days.
