Is everybody ready for . . . the International Basketball Assn. draft, scheduled for Dec. 8 in New York.

The IBA is for players 6-4 and under, and 12 teams are planned, including franchises in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Fresno. Each team will have five territorial picks, and a minimum of 15 “open” slots.

Add Celtics: Kevin McHale, who has a screw in his left foot after undergoing surgery last summer, participated in a full-court scrimmage last Thursday.
