Going for First Win, Lazers Play Sockers Tonight
The Lazers and San Diego Sockers, teams used to being at opposite ends of the Major Indoor Soccer League spectrum, will play tonight at 7:30 at the Forum.
About the only thing going for the Lazers (0-3), who finished the last two seasons with the poorest record in the league, is that they enjoyed their greatest success last season against the Sockers, winning four of six games. The Lazers also beat the Sockers in their two exhibition games this year.
