Train Stuck on Tracks Is Rear-Ended; 25 Injured

CHICAGO —
An elevated train stopped because of a switching problem was struck in the rear by another train Friday, injuring 25 people, authorities said. Transit officials said they considered sabotage a possible cause of the accident because there was a case of brake-tampering a month ago.
