TV Sports Rundown
The National Football League rings the bell for round two of its postseason playoffs this weekend.
In today’s American Football Conference action, the Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns meet at 9:30 a.m. on NBC (4)(36)(39).
Later today, the National Football Conference game between the Minnesota Vikings and San Francisco 49ers can be seen on CBS at 1 p.m. (2)(8).
Two other games will be televised Sunday. At 9:30 a.m., CBS will cover the Washington Redskins vs. Chicago Bears on (2)(8). NBC will carry the Houston Oilers-Denver Broncos playoff at 1 p.m. on (4)(36)(39).
In pro basketball today, the Los Angeles Lakers try to continue their winning ways against the Indiana Pacers at 4:30 p.m. on Channels 9, 51 and 63.
Closer to home, UCLA will host Oregon in a basketball game to be telecast Sunday at 4 p.m. (2).
ABC offers prime-time coverage of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in a two-hour broadcast tonight at 8 on (7)(3)(10)(42). The men’s and women’s singles finals will be featured in the competition.
