Local News in Brief : Blaze in N. Hollywood Is Under Investigation
The Los Angeles Fire Department is investigating a blaze that swept through a North Hollywood business Monday.
The fire, which caused $375,000 in damage, was reported at 5 a.m. at American Aircraft Components in the 5500 block of N. Satsuma Ave., authorities said.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze in 35 minutes, authorities said. Damage to the one-story building was estimated at $275,000 and to property inside it at $100,000, officials said.
