Local News in Brief : Anaheim : No Suspects or Motive in Businessman’s Killing
Police have neither suspects nor a motive for the shooting death of 62-year-old Anaheim businessman Charles Schulte.
Schulte was shot to death in the alley behind his company’s State College Boulevard office Sunday, Anaheim Police Lt. Pete DePaola said. Police believe Schulte, owner of Olympic Productions costume shop, had been working at his office before he was killed.
A coroner’s investigation determined that Schulte died early Sunday morning from several small-caliber gunshot wounds, DePaola said.
Police are still looking for Schulte’s 1984 Volkswagen van that has been missing since his death.
