Indiana 99, Washington 94--Vern Fleming scored 22 points, including the final five in the game, to push the Pacers past the Bullets at Indianapolis.

Washington took a 95-94 lead with 1:13 remaining on a John Williams three-point play. Fleming hit a basket with 48 seconds left and followed with three free throws as the Pacers ended a three-game losing streak.

Houston 115, Seattle 106--Allen Leavell scored 18 of his 25 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Rockets over the SuperSonics at Houston.

Houston, which won its third straight game, took the lead for good, 81-79, with one second left in the third quarter on Joe Barry Carroll’s 18-footer, then led by as many as 20 points in the final period.
