A San Diego motorcycle officer suffered minor injuries when he was hit by a car Tuesday, authorities said.
Jene L’Mount Calloway was taken to Scripps Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in good condition. He suffered bruised ribs and scratches on his right arm, and was to undergo tests for internal injuries, a hospital spokeswoman said.
According to San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson, Calloway was struck by a driver at Garnet Avenue and Donaldson street at 1:24 p.m.
