The international soccer federation’s technical inspection group was left with a “very positive experience” after its week-long tour of United States stadiums and related facilities for the 1994 World Cup, a member of the delegation said.

Keith Walker, the secretary of the Scottish Football Assn. and a member of the five-man panel, said he and his colleagues were favorably impressed with the U.S. sites.

Among those the group visited was the Rose Bowl and Coliseum, and Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami and Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
