Rosanna Arquette and Judge Reinhold play a married couple in “Promised a Miracle,” a movie that is scheduled to air on CBS May 17. The film is based on a 1974 case in which the parents of an 11-year-old diabetic boy sought spiritual rather than medical help for their son’s illness and wound up being charged with manslaughter after he died.

May is shaping up as biography month on television. ABC will dramatize the life of Aristotle Onassis in a miniseries beginning May 1. . . .
