“Comic Relief ‘88,” the third annual live comedy benefit for the homeless, will be presented on Home Box Office on Nov. 20 from the Beacon Theater in New York. More than $4.7 million for health care and related services for the homeless was raised during the first two years of “Comic Relief.” Performers for this year’s event will be announced later.
