BELGRADE, Yugoslavia —
Miroslav Mihailovic plans more than a laugh a minute in a 54-hour joke-telling marathon starting Friday. Mihailovic, 50, says he knows 287,000 jokes. The event, a bid to get into the Guinness record book, is to last through the weekend.
