Daloma took the lead from fast-fading Cushion Cut entering the stretch and held off Assumed Traits by 1 lengths to win the $40,000 turf feature Wednesday at Hollywood Park.

Ridden by Bill Shoemaker, the winner was clocked in 1:35 3/5 for one mile. Daloma, the favorite of the crowd of 14,376, paid $4.40, $3.40 and $2.80. The victory was worth $22,000.

Assumed Traits, ridden by Arturo Banderas, paid $17 and $8. Rhondaling, with Gary Stevens riding, returned $4 to show.
